Shipping policy

At Talens & Amare, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and at the best possible rates. Please review our shipping terms below.

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • During peak seasons (Back to School, Black Friday, New Year, etc.), processing may take an additional 1–2 days.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following delivery options:

  • Local Delivery (Prishtina): 1–2 business days

  • Kosovo Nationwide Delivery: 2–5 business days

  • International Delivery (where available): 7–15 business days, depending on destination

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or customs.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fee: 2 Euro - Kosovo

  • International shipping fees vary by destination and weight. The final cost will be shown at checkout.

  • Some packages shipping fee if considered big size by our courier might differ in price changes. We notify you priorly.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with your tracking number.

  • You can track your order directly on the courier’s website.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied by their local government.

  • Talens & Amare is not responsible for delays due to customs clearance.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product.

  • If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.
